By accessing or using the Living Grace Homes website (the “Site”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use our Site. These Terms of Use constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Living Grace Homes, an Arizona-based transitional housing provider located at 1801 E. Camelback Road, Suite 102, Phoenix, Arizona 85016.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Arizona, including the Arizona Revised Statutes, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any dispute arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Maricopa County, Arizona.
Use of the Website
The Living Grace Homes website is provided for informational purposes and to facilitate the intake application process for our transitional housing program. You agree to use this Site only for lawful purposes and in a manner that does not infringe upon the rights of others or restrict or inhibit anyone else’s use and enjoyment of the Site.
You may not use this Site to transmit, distribute, or store material that is unlawful, harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, defamatory, obscene, or otherwise objectionable. You may not use automated systems, bots, scrapers, or other tools to extract data from this Site without our express written permission. You may not attempt to gain unauthorized access to any portion of our website, server, or connected database.
Intake Application and Information Accuracy
When you complete and submit the intake application form on our website, you affirm that all information provided is accurate, truthful, and complete to the best of your knowledge. Providing false or misleading information on the intake form may result in denial of residency or, if discovered after admission, termination of your residency agreement in accordance with applicable Arizona landlord-tenant law principles under A.R.S. Title 33.
Submission of an intake application does not guarantee acceptance into the Living Grace Homes program. All applications are subject to review, in-person interview, and approval by our administrative team. We reserve the right to accept or decline any application in accordance with our program criteria and this Non-Discrimination Policy.
Intellectual Property
All content appearing on this website, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, photographs, and layout, is the exclusive property of Living Grace Homes or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable United States and Arizona intellectual property law.
